FAQ

This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.

For your first photo shoot, please wear the outfits we agreed upon prior or choose an outfit that you feel comfortable in. Since we're located in South Florida, it's important to be mindful of the heat and potential rain, so checking the weather forecast beforehand is a good idea. For additional tips and guidance, please refer to my blog post, "Preparing for Your First Session." If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

How many pictures will I receive?

While clients don't receive every photo taken during the session, I ensure you get the very best. I take the time to sort through all the images, removing any misfires, unflattering shots, and those with imperfections. Prioritizing quality over quantity, I typically provide a gallery of 30 to 500 carefully selected photos for you to choose from. My goal is to showcase you in the best light possible.

Can I keep all images taken at the session?

Although I don't typically give out RAW images, If you wish to obtain all RAW images taken during your session, the cost ranges from $500 to $1000, depending on the specifics of the session. All clients will still receive the agreed-upon number of edited photos as specified in your contract.

Do I have to make a deposit?

Yes. A 50% NON - REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time of your session. Unfortunately, without this deposit, I cannot confirm your session.

Where can I view my images?

You will receive an online private gallery to review your photos 1 - 3 days after your session.

Does is cost extra for more photos?

$20 per extra photo edited beyond the number specified in your contract.

Is there a charge for more people in the session?

There is an additional charge of $15 per person for sessions that include more than 4 people.

Do I need to sign a contract in order to book?

To ensure a smooth and professional process for both parties, I require all clients to sign a contract when booking our services. The contract is essential for several reasons:

1. **Clear Communication:** The contract contains all the necessary information and procedures related to our services. This helps ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of what to expect.

2. **Mutual Protection:** The contract protects the interests of both the client and my business. It outlines the terms and conditions, which helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes.

3. **Reference Guide:** I recommend that clients refer back to the contract whenever they have questions about services, procedures, or policies. It serves as a comprehensive guide throughout our engagement.

Contracts are sent out via email at the time of booking. I encourage you to review the document carefully and keep it handy for future reference. If you have any questions about the contract or its contents.

how long does it take for me to get my photos?

The typical turnaround time for receiving your images is 7 to 14 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Please note that the editing process begins from the day you select your photos, not from the time of the session.

If you need your photos sooner, I offer a rush service for a fee of $300. With this option, your photos will be delivered within 5 days or less.

Keep in mind that each session is unique and requires time and patience to ensure the highest quality results. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out!
